Not only is this build a head turning Rat Rod, it runs fast! 

 

"Like a bullet train" is an apt description.

 

But then again, the Vintage Iron & Restoration Team spared no expense in its drivetrain using reVolt System's CR43 Bravo Swap Kit to flaunt its speed which they installed on the flatbed for all to see!!

 

So to achieve this feat, the motor is connected via an aluminum driveshaft to ...

 

wait for it...

 

...a Casale V-drive! YES! You read that right! which then is connected to the rear Ford 9-inch differential via a second aluminum drive shaft.  

 

But why though?  

 

Because...
